My wife and I had recently had our first born daughter and my wife's side of her family lives in both Rochester and in the Midwestern part of the United States (in the states on Indiana and Michigan) and we have to travel a lot to go see them because we ourselves live in the Albany NY area ourselves (my wife and daughter and I), and we were, before we discovered State Farm with Marie Molnar, were paying well over $100.00 per month on just auto insurance with absolutely no roadside assistance. Which was both very frustrating and what made my family and I struggle for years. But thankfully, Marie Molnar's of State Farm office along with her staff helped us better our auto and renters insurance policy both coverage and affordance at a better cost per month. "Regrettably, we switched to this State Farm office after our agent of over 20 years retired. We chose this office based on the positive Google reviews, but within about a year and a half, after several unsubstantiated rate increases and multiple mistakes across all five of our policies—including leaving a driver off our policy altogether and no collision coverage on our newest vehicle along with numerous excuses—we decided to pull the plug and switch to a competent agent. Our interactions with this office were far from five-star, and unfortunately, I can’t give zero stars, which would be my intent in writing this review. If you don’t mind paying more and dealing with multiple mistakes and incompetence on something as important as insurance, I highly recommend this office!"
